Order Confirmation
When you place an order on our Health Med Hub website, you'll receive an order confirmation via email immediately. Within 24 hours, you can expect a second email confirming that your order is now being processed. In the event of any issues, such as inability to fulfill your order or payment problems, we'll promptly notify you via email.

Once your order enters the processing stage, it will typically be shipped the same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, if applicable. This email will also provide estimated shipping times and instructions on how to reach us for any inquiries.
We offer shipping to both home and work addresses for your convenience. Our standard shipping fee for Ziverdo Kit products is $12 using registered airmail, ensuring secure delivery with a signature requirement upon receipt. In case of missed deliveries, the post office will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection within 4 weeks.
Shipping Confirmation
We accommodate delivery to PO Boxes and APO addresses, provided the chosen delivery method allows it. Simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address on your My Account page as needed.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses
As an offshore-based store in India, your local customs will treat your Ziverdo Kit order as imported goods. Customs processing times may vary, ranging from a few days to up to 3 weeks in extreme cases. We advise ordering in advance to avoid inconvenience during this phase.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours of placement. Actual delivery times depend on the postal or courier service, typically falling within the provided range. If customs holds your order for pending import duties, additional delays may occur. Please allow an extra 7 days for delivery before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived within the standard timeframe.
Lost Orders and Reshipments
We offer reshipment or refund for any lost order if reported within 8 weeks from the ship date. Reshipments or refunds requested after this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders are subject to conditions, including correct shipping address provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Health Med Hub offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order is damaged or undelivered, we'll promptly ship a replacement package upon request. Alternatively, we'll issue a full refund if preferred. Please wait 30 days from the shipping date before contacting us for refunds or replacements. Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and have an expiry date of more than 3 months.
