Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

HealthMedHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at healthmedhub.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. We have designed HealthMedHub to be as privacy-friendly as possible — most of our tools run entirely in your browser, and we do not require an account to use them.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal health information. There are two narrow categories of data we may process:

  • Information you provide voluntarily: if you contact us by email, we receive the message content and your email address.
  • Automatically collected technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamps) and analytics data.

2. Health Tool Inputs

Values you enter into our calculators (weight, height, sleep times, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. They are NOT sent to our servers and are NOT stored by us.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies for analytics and advertising. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics: collects aggregated usage statistics.
  • Google AdSense: serves advertisements. Google and its partners may use the DART cookie and other identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info.

4. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the site and its tools.
  • To display advertising through Google AdSense.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To detect abuse and protect against security threats.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties who may process limited data:

  • Google Analytics (analytics)
  • Google AdSense (advertising)
  • Our hosting provider (server logs)

Each has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object to processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Your Rights Under CCPA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

HealthMedHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Data Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard practices to protect data in transit. Because we do not store personal health information, the risk to your data is minimal.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
